Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque)
Medusa's head forms the base of a structural column of the Yerebatan Cistern(Sarnıcı). Built in 532, the Yerebatan Cistern is the largest of over 60 built during the Byzantine period and stored and supplied water from rivers outside the city.
